How strong is the vibration?

SunRise Band's vibration is like bed shakers, such as Sonic Bomb, but focused on your wrist. It begins gently and increases to full strength in 60 seconds. This is strong enough to wake heavy sleepers without startling them.

Rise Band has a dedicated wake-up motor that is three times stronger than smartwatches. Smartwatches have only weak notification motors.

Does the alarm come with a charger?

The Rise Band does not come with a charger you can easily use the ones you already have. The band charges directly via a regular USB (Type A) port, so if you already have one at home, no separate charger is needed. You can find your charger

Will it wake up my partner?

No. Rise Band's vibration is different. Unlike bed shakers that shake the whole mattress, it only vibrates on your wrist. 89% of our customers report that it wakes them up without disturbing their partner.

Is it heavy?

How is this different from my Apple Watch or Fitbit?

How long does the battery last?
